Cedric Diggory
Reasoning: This card represents a romantic, sensitive, diplomatic and gracious young man. One who looks beneath the surface to constantly self-improve, and can empathize with others. On the negative side, this card can stand for over-sensitivity, jealousy, sulkiness and over-harsh self-examination.
Unfortunately, Cedric died before we could see many more intimate (or even negative) aspects of his personality. But he was certainly gracious and diplomatic, and strove for personal excellence while always remaining fair to others.

In a traditional tarot deck, this is the Knight of Cups.

Notes
Oh Cedric.... he's one of my favorites to draw, but is also very difficult to draw because he's one of the very few characters canonly described as "extremely handsome". Also, I must admit that yellow is not my most favorite color... but Cedric manages to make even yellow look good. ;)
I had a very specific image in mind for this card, but it just wouldn't materialize for the longest time. His arms went through all sorts of changes, and his eyes kept switching between being focused more off to the side (which is how it ended up) or a rather blank, but pleasant, stare (like in the color test). While the stare had some merits as far as looking more saintly and symbolic, I felt that it ran the risk of making him look not-too-bright (which some of his jealous rivals accused him of...).
I almost had a panic-attack whilst coloring this, as the freshly-refilled gray pen for the background EXPLODED ink in a big blob down next to his right (our left) boot. Fortunately, I was able to make it blend pretty well, and I don't think anyone would notice unless I pointed it out.... which I just did, so have fun looking for it
.
