ABOUT THIS SITE:

I opened this site in 2001, starting with just a few drawings and a very bad layout. It's since grown into the insane monstrosity before you today, and it's truly my labor of online love. I'm still learning new things all the time, as I'm entirely self-taught at webpage making. This was my first page, other sites followed this.
After Envy.nu got ads, this site (and my other sites) had grown enough that I decided they warranted their own domain. Thus, Nasubionna.net was born. I went through a couple of bad hosts, before finally landing with Dreamhost.com. They are wonderful, and I've been with them for several years. If you're looking for a host, I can't recommend them enough.
This continues to be the largest of my sites, due to my intense love of Harry Potter. I try very, VERY hard to keep all my Harry fanarts as close to canon (meaning actual book descriptions/scenes, not movie or fandom) as possible, both out of respect for J.K.'s work, and because I like them that way! I just try to put on paper what I see in my head after reading the books, and occasionally I actually get kinda close.
In May of 2004, J.K. Rowling herself mentioned me by name on her official site. I just about died. She had had one of my Marauder drawings on her desktop (No, I don't know which one... sorry! I WISH I knew!), and said I had got Remus and Sirius particularly accurately. I couldn't have been granted a higher honor, for the creator of the series I adore and spend so much time illustrating to have seen my artwork, and not hate it! Not only that, but Remus and Sirius are two of my my favorites, and to think that I've drawn them accurately at least once makes me very, very happy.
So, needless to say, this site will continue to grow and change and improve as long as the series keeps going, and even beyond.

Inspired by the release of the Prisoner of Azkaban movie. I was fairly fond of this one, especially the gigantic splash page.

Another one I really liked. I liked the graphic and the colors, and it was nice and simple.

Inspired by the release of Order of the Phoenix. Kinda dark, and didn't really work well with many screen sizes.

One of the only layouts not featuring Harry. I hate Lucius, but he's fun to draw. One of my favorite designs, for the look and color.

Possibly my least favorite so far. Just... ugly. And didn't work how I wanted it to.

I actually kinda like this one. Weird shade of green, and fun with CSS.

Featuring Snape. The sparkly dark mark gif was hard to make, and I was proud of it. But overall this layout is rather poorly designed, in my opinion.

I liked the geometrical style and blue shades, but the layers only seemed to work on a computer set up EXACTLY like mine. So, not a good idea. :)

The oldest layout I have saved. Uuuuugly, but I was still learning the very bare basics.
