ERNIE MacMILLAN

A stout, and occasisonally pompous boy, he helped spread fear of Harry Potter among his fellow students, especially Hufflepuffs when it was suspected Harry was causing the Basilisk attacks. Later Ernie apologized to Harry when he learned Harry wasn't the heir to Slytherin. Ernie joined Dumbledore's Army and was made a prefect in his 5th year, and was extremely irritating during the OWL exams.
