BELLATRIX LeSTRANGE

Of the most ancient and noble house of Black, Bellatrix was a dark, heavy-lidded woman with hair scraggled and a once-handsome face wasted by years in Azkaban. Imprisoned for shamelessly torturing Mr. and Mrs. Longbottom to insanity, Bellatrix was one of Voldemort's most loyal supporters... she also seemed to have been in love with him as well, though the feelings were definitely not returned - Voldemort only had eyes for himself. Bellatrix was extremely evil, delighting in torture and death, and taunting Harry in mock baby tones and shrieks. Horribly enough, she was responsible for the death of her own cousin, Sirius Black, by forcing him through a mysterious veil in the Department of Mysteries.
Bellatrix was also responsible for the death of Nymphadora Tonks, but was fortunately killed by Molly Weasley in the final battle at Hogwarts.

Bellatrix, before Azkaban Bellatrix taunts Neville at the Ministry of Magic
"'The little baby woke up fwightened and fort what it dweamed was twoo,' said the woman in a horrible, mock-baby voice....
The woman who had mimicked him let out a raucous scream of laughter. 'You hear him? You hear him? Giving instructions to the other children as though he thinks of fighting us!'"
