Artist Bio:

I was born and raised in western Washington state where I spent my childhood either drawing or up a tree. I took some art classes here and there throughout my education, but I consider myself primarily self-taught. In my mid-20s I left my secure-yet-unsatisfying job to pursue sunshine and meaningful work. I am now 30 years old, landed in California, and am currently assisting in the management of a fledgling goat dairy and filling in the gaps with my work as a certified massage therapist. I have been very busy and usually tired, often too busy or tired to draw, but I am missing creating art and the time feels right to make space in my life for it once again.
